The ordered items are delivered by DHL or Swiss Post. Whenever possible, we reuse our cardboard boxes. If new packaging is required, it is made from recycled cardboard.

Each shipment also includes a delivery note, a shipping label and, where necessary, protective filling material. The total packaging and shipping costs amount to CHF 18.50 per parcel.

At the moment, we still need to pass these costs on in full. Thank you for your understanding!
