The ordered items are either delivered by DHL or Swiss Post. The cardboard boxes are reused as often as possible or if new, they are made of recycled cardboard. In addition, there is the delivery bill, the label and sometimes stuffing material. All this comes to CHF 18.50 per package. Costs that we have to pass on in full at the moment.
